This is more of a general comment than anything else because it's weird that words like s**t shaming are now being thrown into the mix. I don't think any open minded person out there would question someone's desire to sleep with who they want. As long as it's consensual, it's no one's business. But if you happen to be hooking up with a married person then people will talk! And it goes both ways! If the s word is being thrown out there when it comes to the woman then the man ain't unscathed either. He has been called the male equivalent of that! This notion that only one party's reputation is being maligned here is ludicrous.

You are thinking too ideally. Realistically things will be looked at very differently in a conservative traditionalist and dare I say even misogynistic culture like India no matter how liberal Bollywood itself is. Women are supposed to be these virginal good girls who marry and stay faithful to their husbands and even live for him only. Single girls are not supposed to have desires. But men will be men. They might get a slap on the wrist, but they won't get maligned like the other woman will. Except now Kangana is basically saying F*** You to what she perceived to be an attempt to s**t shame her and malign her. Some of us don't think she was that far off.

I love what she said about s**t shaming and she isn't afraid of her past good for her. But who is black mailing her. Is she saying that hrithik is black mailing her? if he got mad for silly ex, he is gona die when he sees she is calling him a black mailer lol. and now all of a sudden Missy doesn't know what is going on and needs to be explained as to what is happening? something is wrong with her. 1 thing that I hate is when other woman use being a woman a woman as an excuse.

I think she's refering to the legal notice. He threatened to expose her correspondance if she didn't apologize within 7 days hence de s**t shaming...

Really? I think that Kangna's reputation is more at risk than Hrithik's here.

In a patriarcal society, a woman owning up to her sexuality isn't well-received, let's not even talk about a mistress...

A woman can be deemed a s**t, a wh**e, a home wrecker but what about the man? People will call him an asshole? To me the feminine equivalent of asshole would be bitch...

I think Kangna used the term s**t shaming wisely here because it's impactful and because that's what happened if I'm not wrong... Hrithik threatened to expose their correspondance (which may include provate pics and messages) if she didn't apologize within seven days ; and that's when it became s**t shaming.

She uses terms wisely instead of getting confused between Asperger Syndrome or Schizophrenia or doesn't have to resort to lame defense as in Pope-fish-or-man.
