I think the second one can be about ranbir arjun and athiya because arjun is not really linked with jacqy from a long time now and I feel salman wouldn't have been on good terms with jacqy if rk indeed was cheating on kat with jacqy.

It says 'ironically' which would mean that top star & the lesser-known star share the same last name.

Yeah. Guess the only people I can think of are Arjun, Ranbir and Jacqui. It doesn't seem completely impossible

Jacqui was shooting in London for Housefull 3 when Ranbir was in London for ADHM shoots. And Ranbir met the Houseful team there.
