Ranveer was really good, but the word "robbed" should be used for the man called Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Both were average compared to actors who have won this award in the past.. Don't think Ranveer would have been even discussed much as an option for the award, at least AB would have had a friend batting for him..

Im not gonna comment on National awards, but if we r comparing ranveers performance to ab Sr then yes rs was better, I feel ab Sr was given the awards just for the sake of making him happy

i mean even varun and salman had better performances than ab sr

As many have said, Ranveer's performace is better than AB's considering his age and acting experience, but it wasn't up to the mark for a NA. I'm under no position to judge who is worthy or not for NA, but speaking from what i have seen, I feel that Irfan or Nawazudeen for Manji, truly excelled in acting in their respective films. Their acting outshone AB's and Ranveer's for that matter, and this is in Bollywood alone. There must be countless other master performers in the regional industries as well. But whats done is done. In our position, all we can do now is congratulate AB for his win.
