Who exactly are these mods? And how do they work? They seem to take action on any topic after good 3-4 days. It's a general observation.

From yesterday this pathetic person is doing this, first opening topics with such pics but misleading titles then now poluting every other thread. I have noticed two MID yesterday were talking rubbish hatred, and this was also going on side by side, can be one person actually. This is gross, i have disabled pictures here now and what a relief, when will MODS take any action?How come such pics get posted so easily, are there no security measures, like there is for bad words?
