Confusion

As per Wikipedia, Shraddha was born in 1987 till two months back! Now she is showing as 1989. What is the real thing? Was it changed so she can seem closer to her Baaghi co-star Tiger Shroff's age?

I checked the history, It was 1989 all along. Every other sites also mention her birth year as 1989.

I didn't know this till a couple of months ago, apparently she is older but has completely lied and faked out her year of birth in her profile within the industry. Her first couple of films came and went without a blip. She was basically relaunched with Aashiqui 2 and felt that she was already behind so she made herself younger. People have also said when asked about her age in a couple of interviews she avoided giving a straight answer.

She and Varun Dhawan are of exact same age.

So she's 1987 born.

but didn't Varun said that he had a crush on her and she was 2 years senior to him in School, I don't exactly remember but I think Varun said in an Interview that they have 2 years age difference and he's younger.
