He lacks personality. Not necessarily his fault and him being socially awkward is not totally his fault either...as many factors play into building this...it is infact sad. I believe his social awkwardness could be cause of him being narcissistic...its over compensation of flaw(that he tries to hide).
This could be seen in his interviews and public interactions, he always tries to say and do perfect things bz if its not perfect according to him something is wrong..and seems like it highly matters to him how others perceives him.Quite sad and complex state of affairs.

We're talking about a subjective criteria of attractiveness. I'm not saying he shouldn't be given a job or shouldn't have friends 😆

Well, I am not even talking about any 'him' here...You may be talking about Hrithik and your own criteria for attractiveness...

Being socially awkward, lacking sense of humor, looking like a wooden plank and even being self obsessed may not necessarily be merely personality traits for some but disorders which cannot be overcome?

But then you can say - well then, too bad...I don't find people with disorders attractive...Yep...that's why, not arguing!!!

A disorder, by definition, means a person has impaired ability to function socially, psychologically or mentally. By that definition alone, Hrithik does not qualify, so nope.

Just coz he has these traits doenst make him Schizoid, Autistic, Asperger's, Social Anxiety Disorder, or God knows what else you have in mind. Not to mention, I'm not aware of "wooden plank personality" disorder. Perhaps DSM needs your input next time 😆

He's just plain a simple awkward (no disorder), narcissistic (not disorder), has no wit, and tries too hard. Unattractive 😆

Actually more than narcissism HR's current behavior reminds me of Boman Irani's character Dr.Asthana from Munnabhai MBBS when Munnabhai lands up as his student in medical school. Everytime he is stressed he starts laughing...HR is doing something similar on Twitter to show he isnt bothered at all.😆
