So far, HR is winning. Ppls' comments here r also understandable to blame HR for being very smart and very dumb, very techno savvy and very old fashioned e-mail era chatter, Very vicious to bring mighty Kangy down and very innocent to dig a grave for himself, very scarred of Kangy and yet very bold to slap her with legal notice unlike any1 else in BW. Well, he can be all of those things rolled into one and thats why hez a Greek God. 😆
All the while.. "but Kangy is like that u know... she is a open book... u know.. she lies, she talks trash, she plays victim card, its all ok for her to do that coz u know.. shez just like that... u gotta undestand u know... Its okay to call some1 bad for his personality disorder narcissism when its not hurting others but U cant make fun of another disorder.. coz u know thats Kangy for U". 👏
Anyways, I am more interested in getting the whole picture cleared and there is one big piece of puzzle missing right now. WHO IS THAT IMPOSTER? Thats where it can turn in either direction.
How I read the whole saga is this: (Yes, I am a HR fan but not a blind one to defend him on every occasion, nor think he was ever a saint, genius or dumb in real life..)
They had a fling during K3 when all was not going well for HR's married life, they kept it secret, comfort in bedroom and then HR walked off. Marriage over, K3 Blockbuster, back to pick up the pieces and Mohengo Daro.
As these 2 r film stars and have hectic schedules, different places, countries, and so on... its not like having whatsapp chat and text ping pong our youth play these days.. so i blv e-mail is the thing.
Everything was done n dusted untill Ashiqui3 rumours came out. Anybody would be fool to say Kangy didnt mean HR when saying the silly ex who is stalking her, before even BW lovers on IF has to do brainworks, the media headlined it " Did Kangana just called HR her ex?" HR's tweet also didnt name her but of course it was meant for her and also media. Now, the question was more direct to Kangy abt what she thinks of HR's tweet and her replying of moving on from past relationship and stop playing games.." So, its not just silly-ex who is trying to woo her back, its actually accusing him of stalking and mind games and destroy her career.. to which HR has a choice- ignore or respond. He responded. Points- KR= minus 2 (for false accusation and public criticism without proof), HR= 2 (for confronting)
The legal notice was sent to her, not made public. The reply was given from Kangy's side and made public. In which the contents of the HR's notice was also given in the "words of the Kangy's lawyer" as he interpreted. Asperger was mentioned as something Kangy's sister told HR and crew to forgive Kangy's drunken ruckus behaviour on the sets and actually they did keep quiet about it as requested. Kangy's lawyer made it look like " HR accusing her of having that disorder that she imagines things". Points. Kangy= minus 5 for bringing the mental disorder thing in public and twisting it completely. HR= 2 for merely pointing it out as why he has been silent and forgiving for 2 years since he actually believed Kangy might have that.."
The whole Kangy's friend spilling the bins article.. its as good as c-grade sleazy titilating semi-po*n script from d- grade BW movie. The timelines and how things happened make no sense. Its like HR is some 16 years old who cant make up his mind abt divorce and proposal and switching from one end to another and all the while Kangy is spectator who accepts his proposal and still go on a date with young superstar.. load of rubbish. Points. Kangy= minus 5. HR- 0 (he has nothing to do)
Fake e-mail/ imposter- What and how much info and emotions Kangy shared on that would never be known unless Kangy has saved them. And this is 2 years old stuff, noway HR wud have predicted what wud happen in 2016 when Kangy wud explode like she has. If he knew he wud have stayed miles away from her. But he did make a police complaint abt the imposter, right thing to do. If that person can make Kangy blv its HR, then he/she cud do to others too. But since nothing much happened, no follow ups. HR= plus 2 for doing the right thing.
Real ID given. and then those barrage of e-mails from Kangy and none in reply from HR. Kangy accuses him of Hacking and later her friend says she gave HR her password. What? Even if U or some1 deletes/edit stuff from ur computer or account, its easy for computer forensic to retrieve them and authenticate. I am no computer savvy guy but I knwo this much. Money is no issue if U wanna prove ur innocence. Kangy= Minus 5. False accusation, inconsistent story, one-sided conversation amounting to stalking and invading some1's privacy and emotionally blackmailing the person in the name of mental disorder.
Why HR didnt block her? Who knows how to deal with a psycho? She happens to be his colleague, costar and a friend at least.. he may have asked her to stop it over the phone. But the content may be disturbing ad better to save it if the day arrives as it did. Hr= 5 (no harsh treatment by totally avoiding and provoking her, but keeping the content safe as a proof). It must be a nightmare for any sane person to get involved with some1 like Kangy. U r doomed either way.
Legal notice= HR 0. Kangy's lawyer took smart step. Rather than "show us the proof" in which case, HR can and will, and cant be framed for defamation... he asked him to " if show it and we will sue U for defamation". Either way, its clear who is the guilty party. If Kangy is innocent and HR is making things up, then " where is the proof" but here " no, dont show or else...". 😆
So, the respected members of the jury, I rest my case... until we find out who the real imposter was/is. 😉 Any guesses?
