HR needs to learn and accept that he isn't as lucky as most of his older male actors have been. Their wives put up with the cheating husbands, but his wife simply walked out. He was probably expecting that like other bollywood marriages, his will also go on forever even if there was no real love left between the couple and even though the man was always busy cheating on his wife. But he just underestimated. Not his fault, he was brought up in this industry and your mind becomes accustomed to thinking a certain way, based on what you see going around you. But Suzanne did walk out of the marriage. And then Kangana isn't taking his shit lying down, unlike most of the other female actors who give into the male dominance of the industry and the country as such. Kangana has shown clearly that she will fight stronger and take him down with every step he takes against her.

And she isn't exactly wrong. The whole thing started with the silly ex comment. She wouldn't have made that comment had he not gotten her thrown out of a film. He started the BS and she has responded back and given him worser at each step.

So, the right thing for HR for to do will be to backoff because Kangy isn't going to do so, instead she is only going to get more severe with each phase.

What we are seeing is the tip of the iceberg I believe. This is nothing new for Kangana, she has had an affair with Ajay Devgan, Kajol threatened to leave, he ended the affair and Kangana apparently created a scene somewhere, but nothing nasty. All this was not a blind but a cover story from a reputed film magazine like Stardust or Filmfare, I forget which. I have also heard about Aditya Pancholi, I do not know the details. But what was common between the two affairs was nothing legal came out of it, the two marriages of the men who cheated are still intact and no dirty airing of dirty laundry in public. I don't think she has ever spoken about any of it in actual detail in public.

Say what you will about Kangana and her habit of having affairs with married men, but she quite successfully moved on with two affairs with married men, no animosity. So why is she going so hard and public against Hrithik and more importantly why is Hrithik who is more into his looks and hair going so hard against her and in public, on twitter and such. What happened ? I don't think Kangana will go so out without proof and the fact that Hrithik is going so hard and in public against her means he is expecting a bad fall out and he is trying to control the damage by being public and "honest". If there is a fall out against Kangana by the industry boycotting her, the more that comes out the better for her.
