Funny because one would think she would put in extra effort to look gorgeous now that she is in HW! Like PC looking gorgeous these days without being OTT.

DP is stunning. She has sharp, beautiful features.

Of course, most women look better with their hair down than up. But if you're confident in your skin you will not overly fuss over leaving your hair up or down. Judging yourself or others as 'yuck chipku' when they have their hair pulled up 😆

This 'yuck chipku' attitude needs to change, especially if she is having hair problems, and wants to keep it simple. No wonder there are so many hair products out in the market like dry shampoo for those 'yuck chipku' days 😛

I agree the oily stretched back bun is not the best looking on her but it looks worse in pictures than it actually is. In the videos I saw of her at these awards I think she actually looked really pretty.

Also, there must be a reason she keeps repeating the same hairstyle over and over again (with the exception of the hair problem rumours). I'm thinking that in real life it actually suits her quite well, but that doesn't translate too well onto lens.

Well real life and reel are different, so one should sport a hairstyle which will look good in photos as well.

This tight bun and dark lipstick does not suit her at all, since her skin tone is dusky one should never apply dark lipstick especially colour like magenta or maroon.

She should go back to her flowy hairstyle and minimal makeup she looks way better then.

@ bold The only thing she should do is whatever makes her happy. If she doesn't care how she looks in pics, or if she thinks she looks good in reel too, then good for her. As a viewer, ofc, I agree with you but as a neutral source, she can really dress whatever way she pleases, we don't have to like it and nor is she obliged to dress to please specific tastes.

This is an entertainment industry where everything run on how good you look. She is putting herself out there so people could see.

Then hopefully I will see this same sentence in other actresses threads, where they all are unmercifully bashed for how they look.

I'm sorry, but WHAT?! How did you jump from Deepika to people who supposedly bash Sonam?? What does that have to do with me?? See, stuff like this really annoys me.

1) Yes you think she doesn't look good but if you go on Facebook and twitter and instagram there are plenty of people that still think she looks good.

2) idk what you see in other actresses threads and idc, because it has nothing to do with me. Do I unmercifully bash them?? No? Then stop telling me that you'll hopefully see the same sentence in other actresses threads as if I'm somehow responsible for what others may do or as if I act another way with other actresses. Even if I did, that's my business, I may like one actress and not the other, and it's up to me how I wish to think of any and either actress. Unlike some, I don't make negative, hateful comments about actresses even if I don't like them, and am able to appreciate every actress's positive contribution to cinema.

3) The topic is on Deepika, don't randomly start a conversation about Sonam with me. I give the same benefit to every actress but that is none of your concern either way, even if I did not. So don't act as if I'm all up in Sonam threads bashing her dressing sense or something.
