I like the old IF .. the discussion panel icon was so cute.. This looks just very simple..

Did anything change other than the logo?

Everything else looks the same to me.

IF's interface is really outdated. We should be getting notifications if someone replies to our posts or likes them etc. The interface we use is at least 10 years old.

Also it would be nice to have easy access to the threads we have authored...

Right now there is no way other than bookmarking it

Even I didn't notice much change except for logo. May be because I am accessing through cell phone and it's all same here barring logo, might be some different on desktop. 🤔
And like someone mentioned, IF's interface is really outdated. If they were planning a site revamp, should have hired a good web developer. It lacks do many features like no notifications for replies for one.

You guys didn't check out the new layout? They have notifications and all that! They just changed the logo as of now. It will change completely by March-April
