True love. There is NO couple in Bollywood that have the same story as these. It touches my heart. SRK had a crush on her when he was 14 or 15. Her family was against him when he decided to marry because he was muslim and was poor at that. She struggled with him through he's dreams and now he's the biggest SUPERSTAR. I love outsiders story like this. They shine so bright. God Bless SRK with more success

I always marvel at their love story, 'cause Gauri is the one who stood by him when he was nobody and had nothing. She came from a firmly upper middle class family and she didn't care that he was economically not as secure as her. Takes real guts to do that and go against family pressure.

I really hope SRK didn't cheat on her, but nevertheless, their story is iconic, IMO.
