In my opinion Suraj got award because he was popular compared to Vicky.I don't think FF cares what happened in his personal life.Mereko itna hi samaj aya.Fawad got award and Tiger didn't won because Fawad was good in acting also he was more popular than Tiger.Mixture of both acting and popularity matters I think.

They would never give Bhumi award instead of Athiya Shetty.They would have never give Ayushman Khurana the award when Varun,Arjun were nominated on Best debut.They gave Ayushman best singer instead of Sonu Nigam's abhi mujhme kabhi.So I stick to that that whoever jury likes get the award.
