I am yet to see BM so can't give my opinion. But unlike the popular opinion here, I enjoyed Devdas. And IMO that was one of Shahrukh & Aishwarya's most powerful performances among their other notable work.

Devdas got Aish noticed in Hollywood and it was a major milestone in her career. That is why I love this movie. 😉

I hated Devdas .. only the sets were beautiful and a couple of songs .. It was such a weird film .. I just couldn't tolerate it.

Madhuri was amazing in this movie. She rocked all the songs and her acting was effortless!

Devdas is one of the owrst movies ever whereas BM is AMAZING.

I may be the rare one this forum who have seen(all) and liked most of SLB movies
If there's one movie I completely detested it has to be Devdas
Except the grandiose of set, sarees, and Chandramukhi few portions of SRK and Ash everything was completely OTT in that movie
Who speaks in that loud voice in home? Also there was nothing authentic in that Bengali set up

BM is masterpiece specially on performance side..
You can watch it only and only for Ranveer
DP and PC are extra ordinary too
BM is SLB's most subtle, nuanced and real film in my honest opinion
