If BM is a success, it will be because of SLB.He would have made a good movie, gotten steller performances out of the cast.

For opening, I guess Ranveer-DP will get joint credit.

But big question is that if it flops...who will get the blame?
I hope not Ranveer...DP and Priyanka will be relatively unscratched

If it becomes a hit...SLB is the hit making machine and he got he's magic back. If it becomes a flop, then deepika lost her star power

If BM is a success then it is due to SLB and if it flops then

For people who are saying Deepika, do you credit her for her flops too? FF and Tamasha? Because it doesn't make sense to say if it's a hit..it's because of Deepika. And if it's a flop..find other reasons other than Deepika. That doesn't add up. While I like Deepika myself and almost rushed to cinema to watch Tamasha just for her, seeing that the film didn't do well because the audience rejected shows you she isn't that popualr to rise above the script and make a film hit solely based on her presence.


Yes BM main attraction is Deepika..because she's more popular and has better boxoffice pull than PC and Ranveer both. But I still wouldn't credit her alone for any film of hers. There's always other reasons why a film does well beyond the actor in it..unless your a Khan.

So why does PC get the last one to be credited if it gets a smashing opening? Also please note that I am ONLY talking about first day collections cause the film becoming hit or not is solely due to content/word of mouth!!

People only consider opening. What about number of screens? For example DDD released to about 3000 screens vs Tamasha 2100 so you can't compare the opening

But then screens is on star power too! Like a SRK film Dilwale is already getting more screens than Ranveer's Bajirao!! Also even if one part of the argument gets cancelled by your answer, there are 2 more films I mentioned!!

xXx's push would make sure it makes 170cr in India. So, credit goes to DP.
