PRDP crash should worry Dilwale fans

PRDP's crash...from 40 crores on dy 1 to 4 crores on day 8 should worry SRK fans. It means content is king and star-power alone cannot elongate the run of an average film at the box office for long.

It also means that WOM is a very important factor. Star power cannot work in the long run.

Dilwale...with a below-average trailer and overrated SRK-Kajol jodi(after all they are 50 and 41 now...way past their prime) will not be able to work magic at the box office next to exceptional acting by priyanka-Ranveer-Deepika and aweome perfectionism which Bajirao Mastani tariler warrants.

It is time SRK-Salmn start transitioning to charcahter roles like Aamir...and stop riding on star-power alone. It won't work. there is a new generation who do not care for the Khans AT ALL( motly those born after 1995) and they ahve a new set of favourites like Varun, Ranveer, ranbir.

say anythg dude but not srk kajol overrated jodi even though they are in their prime ages as u said...forget the content just watch their jodi .they are magical.

Sorry. I was a big fan during DDLJ and KKHH but not any more. Just having them doesn't mean I will pay to watch the entire movie in theatre.

I may do that for DP and Sid but not them🤢

That's not even funny.

PRDP and Dilwale fall in the same category...bad content riding on star-power.

Oh and btw...Dilwale looks worse than PRDP, based on trailer and songs. At least PRDP has a nostalgia sentiment of the 90's...Dilwale lacks even that

Hahaha, in ur own topic u are saying people dont care for the oldies SRK Kajol and are more interested in the young actors, Varun, Ranveer, Ranbir...did u forget that Varun is in Dilwale too? 😆😆

Before shooting off, do stop and think...😆

Varun has a big, parallel role, the movie will appeal to all ages, to the oldies who like the "aged" unpopular pair of SRK Kajol 😆 and the young popular fresh pair of Varun-Kriti. 😉 Plus RS style action, comedy, plus intense dialogues, love-hate passion. Wonder how you missed all that in DW trailer...😲

The programmers at plexes,cinemas..😆.I believe both films will get good number of screens.I had written yesterday that the BM trailer will be decisive.

As far as the BO is concerned ,WOM makes a film...Talvar made more money than Singh is Blingg in the second week..the story is the same with Piku,TWMR,Pyar ka punchnamma 2..

The better film will prevail.whichever the film may be..

What I would do is enjoy every moment of my film..be thrilled with every song every promo revealed.

It is after a long wait that a film releases.at this time while fans of other stars patiently await their films..let us enjoy ours!
