WHAT is with RKDP's fixation w/SRK-Kajol in every Tamasha interview?

Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have been promoting their upcoming film Tamasha everywhere, and they are always asked as to what they felt about being compared with the legendary jodi of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.

At a recent promotional event, the duo opened up about a wish that they both have since childhood, which hopefully someday would come true.

"At a Q & A session, we were once asked as to which film we would have loved to be a part of. Surprisingly, both of us unanimously said DDLJ. I think Shah Rukh and Kajol's chemistry has inspired a whole generation and they are not even aware of that. That one film is attached to so many childhood memories of both of ours," informs Deepika. Ranbir quickly adds, "Shah Rukh and Kajol's chemistry is beyond any meter of 'palang todd'. Their chemistry is something that we have grown up to seeing onscreen."

Well, now that Ranbir-Deepika couldn't be a part of the original DDLJ, we hope that someday the two are paired opposite each other for a remake of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. Wouldn't it be fun?
