Suraj Hua Madham hands down. It is a classic and the visuals are just stunning. But KJo was the one directing it. His strengths are visuals and romance. Iceland is one of the world's most naturally beautiful locations and had KJo been the director we would have seen it. But this is Rohit Shetty, romance is not his thing or strength. For those limitations, it has turned out well. It is still Kajol and SRK though so that is what saves it for me. The VFX though..completely unnecessary

In Pinga, its SLB himself who is trying to recreate Dola rey and failing to do so...

In Gerua, its action/comedy expert Shetty trying his hand at romance, trying to recreate SHM as tribute to SRK Kajol iconic movies, heck even the film itself is called Dilwale as tribute to DDLJ. 😆

If KJo had tried to remake his SHM and failed then u could compare it with Pinga.

IMO, SHM is a classic and cant be recreated, it can only be followed. 😛

And in Gerua, it's the same actors in front of the camera. While with Pinga different actors with same director. Both pretty much cancel each other out.

Sadka Kiya's portions of SRK-Kajol tribute (that too with different director and different actors) is much better than the ridiculous joke that is Gerua.
