Why is Arjun hosting Khatron ke khiladi ?

This Kapoor needed a sifarish of sorts. The broadcasters of Khatron Ke Khiladi wanted Rohit Shetty for the 2015 season of their show, but Shetty had a big responsibility on his shoulders- Shah Rukh Khan's Dilwale. Surely he couldn't change tracks even if it was for a bomb price.



And during one of those conversations when the demand to have him on board intensified, Rohit blurt out Arjun Kapoor's name.

The Chennai Express director told the channel in question that 'Arjun is a fit guy and would fit the bill'.

The rest, as they say, is history.
