The song has "tha-tha" hoarse background rhythm and a soft song over lapping it.
Almost like Salman and Sonam personalities in the song.

Yeah thats prob it. Usually salmans characters show him so eager to romance. And here he is reluctant to even hug her. And he is doing it so beautifully 😳
