Salim Khan, father of superstar Salman Khan, has suggested director Sooraj Barjatya to cut down on the length of his upcoming movie Prem Ratan Dhan Payo'.

This means that both father and son are on the same page when it comes to the length of the movie. A source said, "Salim Saab is always consulted by all of Salman's directors for his opinion after a film is completed. Sooraj Barjatya is no exception. He showed the film to Salim Saab, who loved it. But he suggested that the running time of nearly three hours was too much for today's audience."

There has always been the issue of length with Sooraj Barjatya's movies. Salman apparently has requested the director to cut down on the songs. Now with Salman's father also suggesting the same, the director doesn't have much of a choice

It is 2 hr 50 mins right?
Just another 20 mins more than the other movies. I don't think it's a big deal. Atleast we will get more of Salman ❤️ 😉

Its all back up plan coz movie will be flop and some will blame
1. Length of the movie.

BB was 2 hr 39 min
PRDP only leading with 11 min.

No don't cut. They are having many songs. If u played only songs after every 10 - 15 mins then the content won't be visible much. Family movies at least can go with 3 hours length because this type of audiences are more into movie rather then leaving. Their main target is Family + Diwali. So this will go fine
