Its a mutually beneficial relationship.

Keeps her in the news and helps his career immensly.

Lets not forget, this girl was paid by Vijay Mallya to date his son and she dated Yuvraj just to make the front page of the tabloids. Nothing is genuine about this woman. Good riddance Ranbir.

In short, he's not a fool for dating her. Its the only thing thats kept him afloat in his lukewarm career. He WILL be a fool if he falls or already has fallen in love with her.
