How could a film like 'HASEE TOH PHASSE' miss the Target?

Movie was good but due to its title, lack promotion n OK type promos it couldn't do well at BO sadly! But still it declared Semi-Hit!
Performance wise Pari's character was little awkward n irritating.. but she is good Actress n story revolved around her.. she was good.as expected! But for me its Sid who was Saving grace for movie apart from Songs! I couldn't believe he is same guy I watched in SOTY! He was Jaan of HTP how Perfectly Beautifully he played Nikhil! He was actually Good!
n i liked chemestry b/w Pari n sid too!!

whoever gave the title to this film - should be fired titles like 'zehnaseeb' and 'manchala' would have made more sense !

Its a lovely, heartwarming & truly underrated movie. One of my favs! ❤️
I never liked Sid before this but became his fan after watching it.
He was nowhere woodden or used just as an eye candy & played his character so well.
He wasnt your typical hero who fights with goons etc.
I liked his character more than Paineeti's.
My fav scene has to be the one where he locks her in d storeroom & forgets. That hug they share after he realizes that she cldnt control her bladder was the best thing ❤️
Sid-Pari shared such a good chemistry! There was this subtle intensity in their story.
And ofcourse the songs are amazing.
Especially Ishq Bulaava ❤️

The film looked cheap, almost like a regional tv show

Otherwise it was in your HSKD category, would have probably had similar results

This was actually an issue with all three of Parineeti's films last year 🤔

thas one under-rated movie.. could have done better if released a year later..

reasons for me:
Minimal star power @ that time
No action masala
No open week,.. Ps with this movie otehr 3-4 small budgets were released who ate up its 6-10 crores..
Small budget...looked like a 5 crore movie with no mega set-ups

It was too plain. Funny but in bits, and i hated how they made her such a bechari. The music was awesome though, and Pari-Sid look great together (his best pairing yet IMO)

Still prefer Humpty Dumpty, it was funnier and a better entertainer overall.
