No point hating on harsh salve...he's a lawyer and he will use every loophole to save or reduce the sentence for his client...

It's the law that is flawed...a brilliant competent lawyer will always use every possible loophole to win..I don't blame him...

Also if one has gotten 3 years for the same crime ...sanjay duty should get the same as well...law should be same for all...

Also it's funny he comes out on parole but his being a celebrity case it's not easy to twist sentence rules either because everything will be highlighted...

If he had been convicted under TADA there was no way he would get so much parole.

If his term goes down to 3 he's already over served then😆...he is a free man

^^ I don't know about Harish Salve but lawyers like Ramjeth Malani are supposed to be hated. 😆 Or It's just me probably but I can't stop myself from immensely disliking the guy.

I dislike them too. Their brilliance lies not so much in the intellect as in pulling a smokescreen. We know some of the people Salve fought for were massively corrupt without an iota of doubt. And yet they never lose their case in court by hiring bigshot lawyers.

Jury SYSTEM 😆 let them make 1 system first, most Asian countries have no system. Even if a rich is convicted, his bail bond paper and Rs. 10000 for the bail is ready before his sentence is announced..

Rs. 10000 is too cheap for the rich, court should start charging 10 or 20 crore, so that even rich will think twice before taking bail. They can have reservation quote too for poor 😆

Suppose a brilliant scientist starts making bomb for terrorist, will you not blame that scientist ? I know he is doing job and getting paid for it. This lawyer are aiding anti national element. Such talent is of no use if it doesnt make a country proud.

I mean yeah, at the end of the day it's their decision after all but it doesn't stop me from disliking them, thanks to the people these lawyers end up defending. Salman Khan's case is nothing in front of some of the cases Ram Jethmalani has fought. He has been defending such annoying creatures since a long time now and I completely detest him. From rapists to fraudsters to dons. 🤢 As in every paapi goes to this guy only. Harish Salve has at least not stooped to that level yet.
