Sanjay Gupta Upset Over Negative Reviews of Jazbaa Trailer

The trailer of Jazbaa opened to a mostly good response from viewers on Tuesday, but some negative reviews about Aishwarya Rai's overacting' and the colour grading in the film riled director Sanjay Gupta.

One such review was from a critic who is going to be a filmmaker soon.

Gupta took to Twitter to slam that critic.

Some of these pseudo critics are wannabe directors walking around with scripts & all their frustration comes out in their reviews.

In the review, Sanjay Gupta is called a legendary plagiarist' for ripping off foreign films and passing them off as his own. Even Jazbaa' is a remake of the Korean film Seven Days'.

The review also questions Aishwarya Rai's acting in the film.

Gupta added that he can take criticism, but not ridicule.

I accept criticism whole heartedly as a reminder of the mistakes I may have made. But will not accept ridicule in the name of criticism.

Gupta also posted another tweet slamming the critics, but he later removed it.

havent seen trailer to make comment on it.. but everyone has right to criticize if they dont like something...

Exactly..Its ridiculous that ppl could even think of bashing that brilliant trailer..Can these wannabe directors ever make films like this genius Sanjay Gupta? Can the pseudo critics look half ( or rather quarter) as breathtaking as Ash? Ppl are so used to seeing Katrina Kaif, Jacky and other wooden actors in Bollywood that brilliant acting is viewed as overacting..Side-effects of watching wooden actors..Its not Ash, its you..Stop being jealous and appreciate this phenomenal talent for once..And think before you speak..Fans of Sonam, Salman, Sid, Katrina etc. ( actually every celeb in Bollywood) are not allowed to comment..Even Jolie fans need to STFU cos Irfan has declared Icon Ash is better than her..Take that
