Salman's perfomance in Tere Naam is so overrated IMO. Just because he played a mental patient ( correct me if i got the character wrong 😆 ) doesn't make it his best perfomance. He majorly over acted in both Kyun Ki & Tere Naam where he had to play the similar kinda roles so yes for me he didn't deserve the awards then. Dabangg was a good perfomance but there were better performances that year I guess.

For the first time ever, I actually felt Salman acted & BB is his best perfomance so far for me- so yes he actually deserves an award this year & I am sure he will take the awards next year.

SRK has won FF for all the wrong films. His acting in KHNH was cringe worthy. That death scene was unintentionally comical.😆 Half the theatre was laughing during that scene. He was so damn good in Swades and was barely mentioned for it. It is no wonder that SRK stopped doing performance oriented films.

I am not a fan of Salman in anyway, in fact BB is the only film of Salman movie I have seen in the last five to seven years, I think. That is why I was so bowled over by his acting. He is really that good in BB. He nails the emotional and comical scenes with equal finesse. Doesn't go over the top and doesn't under-act. Just a perfect balance.

There are still more films to come out this year, but honestly, this year's FF and all other popular awards truly belong to Salman. There might be better performers than him in the films that release later but I don't think any of them will touch hearts the way his acting in BB did.

Actually awards have not been fair right from the start. This is just my opinion. I remember amitabh used to bag all the awards when a lot of people used to think otherwise...this is only for some movies. My parents used to tell me poor Dharmendra used to wait for an award every single time and he used to stitch up a brand new suit every time but never got one...I think Naya zamana was a film where a lot of people though he deserved one.

Similarly Madan Mohan a music director deserved it for who kaun thi...gosh the music is awesome! But he never got one...I remember my parents telling me a lot of people though it was unfair. I think these awards follow a bandwagon pattern where if a star has already received awards he prob deserves another one too bc public prob thinks so. I don't know what exactly the reason is.

So I don't think it's a case of sour grapes for me when Salman does not win it bc at the back of my mind I know they have not been fair right from the start. Even if Salman starts winning now I don't think I will care bc these awards are just entertainment now and so many of them.. it become a joke!

I don't care about awards. Awards will be good too, but I will rather be very happy BB making even more records than the ones now. I think majority of Salman fans want the same.
