Ask people Filmfare award that . They set a precedent of giving numerous acting awards to leads of top grossers . By that criteria its Salmans year 😳😳

As for NA who knows .The Bollywood hungama did a video of public opinion on whether he should get NA or not . Not saying BH is be all end all but the Salman for NA stuff is not just 7 people on this website . Alot more than that think so .

Salman's year is ever year mate Kick, Dabang, Dabang 2, Wanted... what else

If people say award is given for acting and not popularity, then can they explain why SRK got award for DTPH and KKH over Anil in Viraasat and Ajay in Zakhm? Can they explain why Ajay was not given award for Company? But SrK's ham fest Devdas act got award? Amitabh's Hum is one of his hammiest performances. But he got best actor award.

Was Anil given award for Beta for popularity or acting? That is not his best act!

Awards ought to be given on basis of performances. Earlier they were. That is why Sanjeev Kumar won it for Aandhi over AB in Deewar.

After certain PH and stars corrupted Filmfare, they changed criteria. Subjectively gave awards to hit films or acclaimed films.

I saw BB and I didn't find his performances award worthy but when SRK got award for Happy New Year then why not Salman. He is better than SRK in this particular movie.
