Never realized this before watching BB. I haven't seen any Salman movie for ages now, had forgotten how incredibly moving his performance in Tere Naam was and what a natural he is at comedy (Andaz Apna Apna).
After watching BB, am convinced that Salman is one of the best actors we have right now and he just doesn't get credit for his acting chops because his stardom and his personal life overshadows it.
I thought he was simply fantastic in BB. He nailed the emotional scenes in a way that neither Aamir nor SRK can ever do. And his comic timing was so, so good. Not to speak of the chemistry he shared with both Harshali and Nawaz.
Don't know if it was Kabir's direction or it was the story or character that he played, but this is one of Salman's best performances ever in his career. I wish he does more movies like this in the future.
This is without doubt one of the best male performances of the year so far. I hope he gets all the awards and recognition for his acting in BB and not just for the fact that the film is an ATBB.
