Some don't believe he is a terrorist, some don't believe he is the main culprit and deserved to get hanged. This whole thing has turned into a hindu versus muslim scenario.Most are part of his family, neighbourhood. Others are those curious spectators that stops at everything.

Its better to a clean system...and put honest people at job rather then corrupt people.
