He is at least better than boring MD who got kicked out because of stupid pallu skit. She was a bad judge who knew crap about technical. At least Shahid knows what he is talking about.

I feel more than shahid or any other celeb its the overall standard of reality shows which has deteriorated over the years. May it be JDJ, NB, indian idol etc. All just feel the same with lame jokes and some weird skits prepared weekly which is said to be entertainment.

I don't think he is a flop.The show in itself is tacky. Shahid is doing okay. Udta Punjab will do well.He will always be a mediocre actor and star. He has still achieved far more than many.

I found him boring and OTT in the initial episodes. But I liked him in this week's Sunday episode.. He is able to put forward his thoughts in a nice manner.

There's always been a reason why there's no desk in front of Shahid. They are short one host ... Manish can't handle all of it ... Why I find it a bit surprising cause there are single hosts out there and they handle it well enough. Maybe cause we have always linked JDJ with two hosts. Instead of looking down on it or him ... You have to give it to Shahid. At least he is not acting like a typical haughty (flop or not) judge. He is actually taking time to make contestants comfy and interacting sweetly with em. What is wrong with that?!

KJo is not staying on the show for long, as we know cause of his project. I believe, it's actually KJO who's signed 8 episodes contract. When he leaves, it will be back to three judges.

This is a dance show based on celebrities. Not professionals. Of course, there will be some drama attached to it, like it or not. It all depends on TRPs after all. The content is always shown keeping that in mind. Not what India-Forums think.

Why Shahid's decided to judge? Well, you yourself say: He is boring, a flopster, closed book, this or that ... Now when he is actually getting a chance to step out and show the other side of him ... Why shouldn't or wouldn't he?

Having said that, I myself don't want Shahid to come back next season. If all this is to promote Shaandaar ... I'm fine with ... I myself find reality shows boring now. They have turned em into fiction. And they are oh-so scripted that can easily predict. Typical mentality.

PS: He can't be a flop, unfortunately for IF, because media reviews and TRPs are all positive.
