90s song Pari hoon main about child abuse?

Came across conversations on Twitter and a blog post on this popular 90s indipop song "Pari hoon main" (by Suneeta Rao) being actually about child abuse.

i don't think its about child abuse

The blog post has video. Sorry for poor quality though.

I am confused. At times it looks like it is about a school girl's crush on her teacher oe tutor.

But then those words like "Na na mujhe chhoona na, door hi rehna" sound confusing.

There is constant refrain of "mujhe na chhoona".

Then those flying uniforms. What's this?

But then Suneeta is laughing and smiling through this...why would one laugh alluding to child abuse?

Tbh, it looks like the teacher and the girl had consensual sex. A case of mixing business with pleasure. That's my take on it.

If it's about sexual abuse then why is the girl smiling? But at some instances, she is scared and sad also. Quite shocking, must say.

@Jibber-jabber : The girl is clearly a child, how could it be consensual sex? It would be considered statutory rape then.
