I dont think so...Khans compete against each other...kinda like they feed off of each other. So as long as that is going on...nothing can stop them for some time.

BigB had to start his 3rd innings with not zero but minus on the board. He made too many mistakes, like politics and ABCL.. His coming back in Mohabbtein was majboori, not luxury.

Khans r in better positions. But they r trying look young and defy the age..with modern technology.. the trasition will decide how long they can go on.

The question is will they have the energy of 73 years Amitabh at that age.

So if we adjust Sholay's BO with inflation >15 multiply by 68= 1000 Crs.. with populaion os 70 Crs (comapred to 1.3 Billions today) and only single cinemas and that too very few.. compared to today.

Sholay did 60 Golden jubillies across India.. meaning it ran full time for 50 weeks or more in 60 single cinemas.

Beat that!

BigB also had Mohabbtein, Sarkar 1 n 2, Black, and not too long ago Piku.
