If Arjun and Ranveer are here then I'm sure Varun was invited too. If he's not there it's probably due to some other unavoidable commitment.

Is it true that the wedding was moved ahead from December? If so then it's possible that some weren't able to change around their schedules this quickly. Some star schedules are probably preplanned months in advance.

Moved ahead? No. Nobody knew about the wedding until say 2/3 weeks ago. In fact, it was pushed back from Dec 2015 cause of Shahid's work Comitments. So it's possible ... But I think Shahid invited everyone. If they didn't come ... Probably cause of work issues. But the issue is these people didn't wish on Twitter either ... That's why the confusion.
