Kareena at her peak has been the biggest star + actress combo of the last 15 years... narrowly beating Aishwarya, Vidya, Priyanka, Rani, Pretty, Kajol..

Deepika's number comes after all these mentioned above.

Although Deeps is the leader of the current gang.

And that's partly due to Kangana not giving in to masala and Anushka's bad luck, plus Vidya's image...

I always lean towards the more consistent star rather than someone whose couple of movies do well in a short period of time...The way Kareena is still in the stop 3 of every damn list out there...shows that there is something about her that keeps her still on top...I don't even believe in these shitty lists but the fact that she makes every single one of them is amazing...so Kareena for me.

Yes she was.

Think back to 2009/2010/2011.

Her star power got her roles in the biggest blockbusters with the biggest stars... 3 Idiots, Ra.One, Bodyguard, Golmaal 3 etc

If she wasn't bankable, she wouldn't be there, simple.

Whether these roles were "Mother India" type or not is irrelevant. The point is, Kareena at a time in the not so far past was the biggest bankable actress. Now it's Deepika.

They're all similar roles that she's done though😆😆 that doesn't mean she's done better roles. Movies like CE, YJHD, RL is where Deepika is different from others as she can play a variety of characters.

Nopes...Deepika's stinct is very recent...her movies have done well, no doubt about that...but its been barely 2yrs since she gained popularity...Bebo has had that popularity for 15yrs and still continues to do... Bebo doesnt even need movies to stay the talk of the town...shes a Diva in her own... plus her belonging to the Kapoor Khandaan and being married into the Nawab family only adds to all this...Even after 10yrs when Deepika would have faded, we will still be reading about Bebo in gossip sections, watching her in movies or judging a reality show... She loves BW way too much to leave it any point in her life😛

Deepika has the discipline and has reached heights Kareena has never reached, in terms of supert-stardom and box office popularity.

Kareena is a diva and has done well in a few movies...but Deepu is the one who has ruled the roost for tyhe last 2 years.

Kareena did not enjoy such a steep rise as Deepika...she had flop after flop in the beginning of her career and even mid-way,whereas deepu has been consistently successful.

So deepika is the bigger star and more hard-working actress, Kareena is more of an off-screen diva like Sonam Kapoor.

kareena has survived the industry for the longest time and has been at the top... deepika has still a long way to go she has been at top only for 2-3 years . no comparison
