i was a kid when he debuted but remember the craze around him..doubt we will ever see such a thunderous debut ever again

and give him more credit

rishi kapoor, amitab bachan >>>>> rakesh roshan in prime

it was hrithik's charm, looks and acting which have got him this far. Being a rakesh roshan's son was never the same as being a rishi or big b's son

Am actually bookmarking this thread just to see how reactions change if HR delivers a flop & Ranbir delivers a BB ( okay okay, if ever that is, given how he is over 😆)..Obviously that should not change the answer to this question- cos it only pertains to the impact they created in the first few years but boy, i'd love to see how tables turn 😆 Given how Ranbir has just delivered a disaster, he is anyway considered a lesser star than Sid & Varun toh HR bahut door ki bath hai 😆

Hrithik now or at the time he debuted is only after Khans and more or less at par with Akki
He was a rage when he debuted
I was in school when KNPH released and I know his craze among school and college going students. Both male and female alike loved him

Ranbir was not an overnight star like him. He made his way by his strong acting and industry backing
