I wonder why they make Ranbir vs Khans or HR type threads. 😆

Mooh kala karwane ka itna shauq hai kya? 😉

BO, fan following, awards, looks, power etc RK does not match in any way.

But of course people can bring "flops will be remembered" type excuses. Whatever that gives them consolation. 😆

Be it debut or 1st 6-7 years of career, no way is RK relevant enough to even compare with seniors.

Talk about his contemporaries or other newbies at best. Aukaat mein rehna chahiye. Atleast now after being given all facts so many times.

Phir bhi baaz nahi aate. Still dreaming of superiority and living in lala land.

Hrithik is bigger star- more popular but Ranbir is better actor. Hrithik was overnight superstar after KNPH- the hysteria followed after, has not been repeated for any debut actor ever since. But Hrithik never managed to reach the height, everybody expected him to. That's a FACT. Hrithik is bad when it comes to choosing right script- and plays too safe sometimes, also he has this big EGO- which I feel, makes him less humble to be considered as a good actor. He is decent at acting though.

Ranbir on the other hand, played his cards smartly. He is better actor in comparison. Does variety of roles. Yes he is down now but i think he is far from being out. He doesn't have the star quality like Hrithik has, but he and his films will be remembered for longer time I feel. Ranbir's age is in his favor- Hrithik I don't know I am not very hopeful. He is moody and his deteriorating health condition is something extremely bothersome- If I was a producer, I wouldn't have chosen him for my film specially if my film belongs to those larger than life- big ticket entertainment genre. And Hrithik is only interested in such films. So at this moment I am not willing to put my money on Hrithik.

In Bollywood, age doesn't matter for a male. Infact they have done better when they grow old. Khans are an example, especially Aamir who was once down after his divorce and even took 4 year break. Akshay Kumar has done way better at mature age than his youth.

The TM mentioned debut - HR rules there. If it is 1st 6 years, again HR tops. Even for future potential, a tried and tested star like HR has better chances.

Even his "under performers" easily do 100 crore plus. So ones who gave 100 crore loss should better take stock of own situation than claim superiority over seniors. 😆

Hrithik had mass hysteria with his debut.No one has come closer to that.Hrithik is a superstar.Ranbir is a better actor.

Because Ranbir has given a couple of flops/ disasters, this forum has turned on him. Many years later, people will come back and analyze Ranbir's work and truly appreciate his acting for how brilliant it is. Hrithik is good but Ranbir is better and has made the bigger impact. Look at his movies between 2008-2013, what other actor has given pitch-perfect performances in such a long list of consecutively brilliant films in the history of Indian cinema? Nobody.

SRK the only superstar back then acted on infamous Pepsi ad to counter Hrithik mania, where they put a HR look alike in a tabble challange and made HR look idiot. Srl later apologised.

Thats what U call impact. 50 Crs for a movie? And most ppl here got surprised. Yup, thats what hez charging now. Ppl can remember his flops coz most of them actually watched them.

Even when all 3 khans at their peak, HR is holding his own place.

Ranbir has a long way to go.
