In a recenr interview while promoting dil dhadakne do farhan and ranveer answered a similar question.If their co actor has a bad breath they somehow make her have a mint.Maybe all the actor's have some trick up their sleeve.

How embarrassing would it be. Especially while doing a close-up scene, your co-star's mouth is stinking and you can't convey that to him/her 😆
