I don't appreciate detrimental comments on Aaradhya: Abhishek Bachchan

Abhishek Bachchan is known as the most fan friendly celeb of Bollywood. The actor is active on social media and is often seen getting involved in interaction with his fans.

And while the actor is often praised for his humility and warmth, he is also at the receiving end of certain people, who do not appreciate his work.

However, this took an ugly turn when a follower tried to troll Abhishek and his daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. Abhishek took the troll on his stride but he took offense when Aaradhya was involved into the picture.

When asked Abhishek was he hurt about the entire episode and he says, "First of all I wasn't deeply hurt. This is something that I am very used to. I have always had this attitude that when you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen. If you are going to be available on the public platform, you have to be ready for the brickbats as well as the bouquets. And I am fine with that because I have always taken that in my stride and healthily worked to improve it. But when it comes to my family, it is strictly off limits. Yes I do understand both my parents and my wife are public figures but my daughter is off limits. I am not here to talk about her. And nor do I appreciate anyone making detrimental comments towards her."

He added further, "So I decided what I had to say and the gentleman was kind enough to delete the tweet and to realize that he had gone slightly too far. And I appreciate that. I think when you are on public domain, you are allowed freedom of speech which is your constitutional right but I am allowed to take objection to what you say and since it was on my page, I replied to him directly and not publicly. That was the end of it. If you are on social networking sites then this is going to happen. It is completely fine and fun sometimes."
