81.2 is amazing. If it makes around 7 to 8 during sunday then total collections will be 87 to 88. I am so happy for varun, shraddha, and the whole team of abcd 2.

ABCD 2 Continues To Do Well In Second Weekend

ABCD 2 grossed 16 crore nett in its second weekend to take its business to around 87.50 crore nett. It was the second highest second weekend of the year after after Tanu Weds Manu Returns and better than films like Gabbar Is Back, Baby and Dil Dhadakne Do. If compared with some of the films last year then it is comparable to a 2 States and better Singham Returns , Bang Bang, Jai Ho and Ek Villain

The film is still being driven by Mumbai circuit where the business has surpassed 33 crore nett and is closing on in the 37 crore nett (5 weeks) of Tanu Weds Manu Returns fast.

ABCD 2 is also likely to cross the business of Tanu Weds Manu Returns in CP Berar and Nizam / Andhra. Basically any circuit which has cities from Maharashtra will be number one for the year.

ABCD 2 Second Weekend Collection, Very Good.

ABCD 2 has recorded very good second weekend number at box office. Film has collected around 16.25-16.5 crore nett in 2nd weekend. Thus, film total collection after 10 days is approx 88-88.25 crore nett. Film started well on 2nd Friday and then registered big jump on 2nd Saturday and 2nd Sunday. Thus, film is approaching 90 crore mark and in all likelihood should cross that today (11th day). Film is set to cross 95 crore nett before the end of second week.

ABCD 2 is a Solid Hit at box office and if similar trend continues for 3rd and 4th week then it will be Super Hit also. Also film is certain to cross 100 crore now and rejoice time for all fans of Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. It will be first film of Varun to enter 100 crore, whereas second film of Shraddha to do so. Also, Varun Hit run continues at box office as all his films till date are Hits at box office.

Collection Breakup -

1st Week - 71.75 crore nett.

2nd Weekend - 16.25-16.5 crore nett (est).

Total - 88-88.25 crore nett (approx).

2nd Weekend Box Office Collection Of ABCD 2

ABCD 2 Had Fantastic 2nd Weekend

Varun Dhawan is doing some unimaginable things at box office. He has yet to give a flop even after 4 years in industry and now he is back with another potential super hit film ''ABCD 2'' Film is directed by choreographer turned director Remo D Souza and producer by Disney.

Film released in 2300 screens in India in 2D , 3D and 4DX versions. Film is targeted at masses as well as classes but especially youth. Film took a solid start in Mumbai despite rain while Bangalore, Mysore and Pune but were even better. Territories like Rajasthan, CP and CI are superb . Day two and weekend were equally good and film maintained its speed at box office.

Film collected 14.30 cr nett on day one despite rain in Mumbai and Maharashtra. This was highest opener for Varun Dhawan by big margin and highest opener of 2015. Film added even better 14.54 cr nett on Saturday followed by 17.51 cr nett. Film managed to held strongly on Monday despite rains and very good weekend. Film scored 8.05 cr nett on Monday which was only 35% drop form Friday. Film added steady 6.77 cr nett on Tuesday, followed by 5.68 cr nett on Wednesday and 4.93 cr nett on Thursday. Film collected 71.78 cr nett in week one which was best week one at box office in 2015.

Film dropped by 75% on 2nd Friday and collected 3.71 cr nett. Film was good all over except in East Punjab where it was hit by regional film ''Sardaarji''. Film jumped big on 2nd Saturday with 55% and collected 5.77 cr nett. Film jumped on Sunday again and collected 6.80 cr nett with 16.25 cr nett total in 2nd weekend.

Film has total of 88.31 cr nett in ten days and it should dominate 2nd week on weekdays too as there is not much competition. A good 2nd week can take it closer to 97 cr nett and then 3rd week will get it pass 100 cr nett barrier. Film has added 20 cr in overseas which is good. Already a hit!
