They're equal in terms of acting ability. Both can hamm it up at times, both have had moments of brilliance. Aamir may SEEM like a better actor because he chooses more challenging scripts most of the time but when SRK does a film with a good script (Swades, Chak De, etc.) he's toe to toe with Aamir.
