A good movie is well made (edited, produced, directed, acted), has a good story that is told well. That is the accepted definition of a good movie worldwide.

And yeah I think good cinema (well made movies that is be it any genre) is better and more entertaining than the crap that comes out of bollywood most of the time. There is a reason why movie like CE, Wanted etc are bashed online, critics rate them the lowest and even general audience (IMDB etc) give them the lowest of ratings.

You like them and find them entertaining, fine. Its your taste and choice. I never said it wasn't or that you cant enjoy a movie you like.

OT, I agree that any genre if done well and succeeds in entertaining people is a good cinema IMO. After all that's what movies are for. Entertainment. Some find laughing like an idiot entertaining while others may find analysing the craft entertaining. So end of the day, whatever clicks yo. So call a movie crappy if it doesn't work for ya, but I don't see the point of expecting it an universal stature...
