I myself was shocked that the film was a disaster, but stupid of me that i expected an Abhi starrer to be a national mania. LOL

Everybody even came for screening of that idiot kapoor's movie- Lekar Hum Diwana Dil and called it superb. These bollywood people are hypocrites who are no better than scam artists. Only fools fall for their reviews. Everybody other than KRK is biased.

bacchans and kapoors are the same, but ABhishek is not as lucky as Ranbir, othewise both are so unappealing and disinterested all the time, they get the best producers and directors because of their khaandan tag and get linked with the topmost actresses of their times.

Abhi atleast had Hrithik and shahid and even John as competitors, but Ranbir had no competitors , and now when he has he delivers a bombay velvet ..

Pretty much. Ab jr got way too many chances and is over now. Best he gets these days is 2nd lead and knows he will never get another big budget lead. Ranbir still has a grip on younger crowd. But Ranbir is actually a good actor going through a hard phase. He can survive unlike his then competition called Imran Khan.

even Abhi is a good actor, just like Ranbir Abhi even got a lot of acclaim for his films which succeeded, but something went very wrong with his graph, i don't know what though. Ranbir on the other hand is outright annoying, unlike Abhi. Ranbir is a good actor, legit Barfi and WUS , rest of his films are forgettable, his performances don't make you remember them, so even though the argument that him being a good actor makes it possible for him is a total wash. The fact is he is a kapoor, and he would get films even if he would be wooden like Sid Mal or Imran Khan.

Imran Khan, thank fully has lost the grip and deserved because he cannot act, and already bollywood is wasting a lot on non actors.

it is hard to believe that After Hrithik, there is no legit superstar in bollywood yet, and Hrithik's career is 15+ years now, so that shows well that how the quality of talent has gone down over the years . even though Akshay got the superstar tag after Hrithik, he still is senior to Hrithik so, he should be counted as a higher one here .

Drona was just a bad bad film. I don't know how Abhishek thought this was a good film. Dude has horrible script sense. And he does too many favors for friends. Goldie is one of childhood friends. So is Rohan Sippy director of Dum Maro Dum. If All Is Well flops his career as a lead hero is probably done.
