I agree on Raveena's talent.

But she is not denied credit.

She herself wrecked her peak years over Akki and break up with him shattered her.

By the time she returned, others had marched ahead. She had to start again from a scratch signing films with Nana, Govinda etc. She even had to play supporting actor to Shilpa in Pardesi babu. Daman is the one performance that redeemed her.

Satta is a 2000s film.

Raveena could have been bigger if not for personal issues that wasted her time.

Karishma and Urmila are abt the same for me.
Probably Urmila is better actress, I'm a little biased.

I don't consider Madz that much of an actress really.
So she's not in the race for me.

Ignore Urmila's Alfatoons, Judaais, Chamatkars, Narsimhas, Masts and other routine sex symbol roles but slot only MD as a pretty face!

Juhi only had good comic timing. But it does not make her versatile. Madam was famous for just cute, sweet girl roles. She refused films like Mrityudand and chose to do same old stuff like Mr and Mrs Khiladi, Deewana Mastana, Phir bhi dil hai Hindustani.
Just because she did Teen Deewarein, Mr Brother Nikhil etc much later in 2000s it doesn't mean she became most versatile actress of 90s.

I am amused how Kajol, Manisha and Tabu are not put in this poll but this Urmila is. Wish fulfilment? 😆

Bombay, Dil Se, Gupt, Maachis, Hu tu tu, Astitva etc don't matter. But Kaun or Satya do?!

My favorites from the 90s - Madhuri, Juhi, and Kajol. They were the top three ladies of the 90s! Out of these three I would pick Juhi or Kajol as more versatile.

Her range of roles are more or less limited as a Kajol or Juhi

DD comic scrapers in which she had flowerpot roles(with exception of few like Biwi No:1) form major share of her filmography

Madhuri already had Prahaar, Parinda, Mrityudand, Anjaam, Pukaar etc by then.

She still takes this poll among these specific choices IMO.

Though result would be different if Manisha, Kajol, Tabu etc were also in this poll.

Kajol is better than Juhi. She has risky films like Gupt and Dushman to prove her worth unlike frothy roles Juhi did.

Once again... Some People here need to do some research if you weren't born or too little to know about the time that is being discussed.
