Jazbaa: A treat for Aishwarya Rai fans this Independence Day

Sanjay Gupta is all set to wrap up the shooting of his much-anticipated film Jazbaa and the director has finally locked in the release date for its trailer.

The trailer of Aishwarya Rai's comeback film Jazbaa will be out in August

Sanjay Gupta is all set to wrap up the shooting of his much-anticipated film Jazbaa and the director has finally locked in the release date for its trailer. The first look of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback wagon grabbed eyeballs and the makers will now unveil the first trailer on Independence Day.

Gupta, who is gung-ho over the film after getting a casting coup with established actors like Irrfan Khan, Atul Kulkarni, Jackie Shroff, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Shabana Azmi along with Aishwarya, shared the news on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Jazbaa is an action thriller, and will reportedly feature Aishwarya in a strong role as a lawyer. While Irrfan will be essay the role of a suspended cop. Apart from the two, Shabana Azmi will also been seen playing a pivotal role in the film. As the film nears completion, the filmmaker also shared his excitement level before filming one of its "toughest scenes".

The women-centric film is a remake of Korean film Seven Days. Since the release of the first poster of Jazbaa at the 68th Cannes International Film Festival earlier this year, the film has been able to up the audience's curiosity.

Gupta is meanwhile loving how his crew is like a family.

Produced by Essel Vision, White Feather Films and Viking Entertainment, it is slated to release on October 9.

'Jazbaa' trailer to be out on Independence Day

Mumbai, June 28, 2015, (IANS)

The trailer of filmmaker Sanjay Gupta's action film "Jazbaa", which marks the comeback of actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, will be launched on August 15, which is also the country's Independence Day.

Gupta, who is gung-ho over the film after getting a casting coup with established actors like Irrfan Khan, Atul Kulkarni, Jackie Shroff, Chandan Roy Sanyal and Shabana Azmi along with Aishwarya, shared the news on micro-blogging site Twitter.

"JAZBAA First Theatrical Trailer will out on 15th August 2015," Gupta posted.
As the film nears completion, the filmmaker also shared his excitement level before filming one of its "toughest scenes".

"Chilling today with the babies. Tomorrow and day after we shoot the toughest scenes of JAZBAA with Shabanaji & ARB," he said.

The first look of "Jazbaa", a Hindi remake of South Korean movie "Seven Days", has already created a buzz through a slew of posters with Aishwarya and Irrfan. The first poster of "Jazbaa" was launched at the 68th Cannes International Film Festival earlier this year.

Produced by Essel Vision, White Feather Films and Viking Entertainment, it is slated to release on October 9.

Gupta is meanwhile loving how his crew is like a family.

"Sometimes I wonder if moving from one film to another is like moving from one home to another. New cast & crew is like a new family," the 45-year-old posted.

Independence day, that's when the theatrical trailer of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Jazbaa will release!

The much awaited trailer of Ash's comeback film will see it's release on Independence day. Now isn't that awesome? Read on to know more!

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been missing from the scene since a while. The actress however is all set to make a grand comeback with Sanjay Gupta's action film Jazbaa. The Bachchan bahu is currently shooting for the venture and Sanjay has confirmed that it's nearing it's end. Sanjay has been keeping us updated with the ongoings of the film and we couldn't be more happy about the same. The director added to our joy by stating that the trailer of Jazbaa will see it's release on August 15, Independence day! How great is that!

Jazbaa is said to be an action film which presents Aishwarya as a lawyer. We bet the trailer of the film will be kickass and packed with some killer action sequences. The film also stars Jurrasic World sensation Irrfan Khan. Interestingly, Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra's film Brothers will see it's release the day before (August 14). Might we add, that Sanjay has truly played his cards well and chosen a smart date to release the trailer of Jazbaa.
