I am an expressive person, Deepika is not' - Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh - the powerhouse of energy, unleashed his thoughts about Deepika, his marriage plans, intimacy and his take on relationships in the latest issue of Filmfare magazine.

The actor has been going strong with Deepika for quite some time and after Ramleela' the two will be seen together in Bajirao Mastani'. As we know Ranveer's fun side and how he never shies away from showing his affection for Deepika, the actor claims to be a "badmaash, mastikhor and badly behaved in public while she's not". He said, "I am an expressive person, she's not . I am comfortable behaving in a certain way in public. I am impulsive. I follow my instincts in a particular situation. Baad me mujhe Deepika se sunna padta hai

While he might have to listen from Deepika for being a badmaash, Ranveer talks about his marriage plans. "I am going to turn 30 in July. I had a different take on marriage, family and relationships. But I have matured. Earlier I was uneasy at the rate in which divorces were happening among professionals...I believed people were happier being single and marriage was redundant. But in past three years some experiences have changed my outlook."

"Now, the actor believes in monogyny. I believe in marriage. I believe that the best thing one can be is an honorable family man," says Ranveer.

The actor looks back and talks about leading a carefree life earlier, but now things are different as he has calmed down. "Till about three years ago I didn't want to grow up. I would not even behave my age. Now I think deep. I don't resist predisposition towards intimacy; I don't resist the predisposition to lateral thoughts, conflict and argument. I've become interested in world news, world issues. Earlier, I was carefree, reckless and silly. I didn't care at all. Now, I do."

They are such polar opposites. Tehy aren't even on the same page most of the time. He's looking to settle down and she's not. He wants to tell the world he's in love and he's in a relationship, she wants to be mum. He's all energy and pranks, and she's more composed and collective. 😆 I love them. They like balance each other to the right degree. I hope they make it long term. B/c he litterally cherishes her and treats her with so much respect and spoils her like a princess. And she geniunely makes him happy. And he doesn't even fuss about the tattoo. I think most guys would. He's a keeper! ❤️

Aww Veer interview after so long. I miss his antics. Why has he calmed down? Please don't. 😆Anyway, Now I can totally buy that DP-Ranveer are together. Works out fine, me thinks. They do compliment each other with their polar opposite personalities. Who woulda thunk? 😆

he's grown up in a stable family so he shouldnt be sceptical about marriage...his dad said in that family day video that he always wanted to be a dad...I thought that was sweet...

Seriously, thats exactly how i imagene when he talks and does too much as he actually should and she scold him for that. Total opposite. But hats off to Ranveer to be okay with someone who is more successful than him and the tattoo of course 😆. Generally boys cant handle this for so long. And this whole marriage thing is maybe deepikas damage controll after Ranveer talked to much about it and people shouldnt jump to conclusions. I think these two make actually a good couple but you never know its Bollywood.

I remember the masand interview ranveer and deepika gave during ramleela promotions

Deepika spoke about how ranveer is very social and he can talk to everyone, and deepika said she is more shy and takes time to open up.

Then ranveer said that he thinks its great how they compliment each others energies and said 'shes the yang to my ying'

So yes they hav some opposite qualities but thats why they go so well together, they balance each other out and give each other the qualities each of them need.

She brings him the calmness and he brings her the more fun and enjoyable side.

And its very interesting to see that ever since ranveer has been with deepika thats wen he has started to think about marriage and wanting to settle down in the future.

Before that ranveer never wanted to get married, he was sceptical about it
