I dont know if it's even her...and if it is, then it's a really old pic...

i like what she said about her being a successful self made women being degraded to nothing and the best player's personal life ripped apart just coz of a cricket match. While certain celebrities KILL people and they are celebrated🤢

Between the fact that she's on four, and her open mouth, it is strongly insinuating a sexual position. I don't know if there was a specific context for it during the photo shoot, but here with this article it makes no sense whatsoever. Not to mentioning that's kind of demeaning to her to put that picture in there.
