I don't think Ash nor her fans care for a National award or any award for that matter.

Look at Kangana, she has 2 but she is nowhere near as popular or well known as Aishwarya. As a brand Ash is stronger.

Of course she will be recognized and probably nominated but Ash herself doesn't care for awards. I can't even remember the last time she attended one lol
