I am talking about the book. The movie version so far have been crap.

Yes it is a love story and amazingly intense at that. But thete is so much more. I dont think with it being an adaption they will solely go the love story route and they shouldnt.

. Most of the screen space will Noor and his interaction with other characters. Because remember it is written from his perspective. And I want the movie to stay that way.

DAYUM. ARK looks hot as EFF! He and Shraddha are no longer together (thank God for that, he deserves someone so much better than the cheating bimbo, truly). This is one movie I'm sooo looking forward to.

I do not recall this being in the book at alll!

Still looking forward to the film but I think the book's original simple and powerful ending has so much more impact, Pip-Estella is about unrequited love for the most part,and maybe the hope of something after all. The whole point of the book is that Pip lets go of the people most important to him because of his fruitless obsession with Estella that is never reciprocated, and Estella, poor Estella, well she has her own journey thanks to Miss Havisham. My beautiful flawed protagonists. I know a lot of people hated the book and Pip is a difficult character to like beyond his childhood but I have so much love for it.

Hain? I know I slept through Great Expectations but damn I don't remember Pip and Estella ever sleeping together. I thought theirs was an unrequited love story through and through ... Estella never actually gave Pip time of day😕

Well it is a modern day interpretation of it. I think they took creative liberties. Like Clueless or Easy A and less Emma and Scarlett Letter, I guess.

They look awkward together.

I love Aditya..but, I wish he got better actresses to work with. While, Pari was good in DeI..I still didn't see sparks. I don't think him and Katrina will work onscreen.
