THAT is the context I'm speaking in.

When there comes to beauty- such criteria comes. Face, height, weight. Models are not accepted until they are of a certain 5'10+ height. Short girls are screwed no matter how beautiful if they are not that height..

While in real world,5'4 is considered average height which is called perfect by many. It is not my views, I'm just speaking what I see... I see a lot on online forums that this height is called perfect for the everyday girl.

The average (or termed as:perfect) height in women is 5'4 and +. Anything less is considered a bit short.

Yeah, but still.. lately I saw a post where to bash an actress they said she is short, dark-skinned.. so you are getting the point here? Short is seen as a bad thing.

it's the society which creates these views. Obviously, if you are just 5 feet, what happens is that your body won't look proportional... men don't find that attractive... the taller you are, all your body parts gets highlighted... we are visual creatures...
but that's just 1st response... if you are a douchbag, rude type,... a man will never make you his wife or even a girlfriend even if you are tall and look like a model.

This forum is vicious. And short isn't considered ugly in SOOO many circles. It's all about presentation. More often than not, Vidya and Rani just wear the wrong things. Shraddha isn't short is she?! Either way, she's so adorable and cute.

I agree with Dexy, no one really pays attention to height--unless it's women. Most men care about proportions and ratios (it's true even hough it sounds shallow 😆), their eyes be on ass and breasts.

But I agree. For some reason in BW projects this one type of ideal beauty, which is wrong and not true at all. Beauty comes in all forms.

Lol but there are short celebrities who look amazing :P like Ariana Grande, she is like all boy's favorite in abroad 😆

she is only 5'0, and she wears heels a lot :P.. her body is extremely toned and she is very petite, feminine looking. And a lot of guys around me like short girls actually :) (some reason that they feel more masculine around pretty short girls as they'll always be the tall big guy. Sexist, I know.)

It's just here I see that short is considered to be highly unattractive.. ouch.

@bold exactly. But who cares about society? The Ranveer in your dp is not the typical bollywood hero as well but I love him to bits! 😳
