There is no delusion but FACT that SRK is NOT #1 anymore.

Let some think he rules. Just like deluded Kaka fans who denied his downfall and kept using slogans like "Upar Aaka neeche Kaka" even though in reality, Mithun films were also whipping his films.

The smugness doesn't benefit any star or fan.

Regarding CE breaking records, it happened 5-6 years after Ghajini and 3I which were back to back top grossers and still got whipped within 6 months flat. CE breaking record by a bit margin is not comparable to AK films starting 100 crore, 200 crore and 300 crore clubs. It's like "Do pal ruka khwabon ka karvan" for fans and coterie of an alleged king. 😆

SRK's strongest point is not his fanatics, but his haters/people who dislike him.

The time and interest they have on their lives for SRK clearly indicates the strong impact SRK creates in these lives through cinema.

Some actors also have many haters due to their wrong doings for the society. But SRK's case is different. With out any wrong doings for the society, he gets discussed heavily due to the place he has in hater's lives.
