For all his talk about being progressive I can't believe AB went the old school route with Shweta's life. But to be fair Shweta seemed very happy in her life until the rumors of the past year or so. Even now the rumors could be totally false.

They've been problems in her personal life since years now, some 7-8 years. But Shweta B is one of the most charming, impeccably mannered people you can meet!!! 😳 She has a fan girl in me. She carries herself with such class, warmth & deprecation, it's a pleasure talking to her.

Oh Bachchan is one of the most gentle speaking MCPs you can meet. Despite his fanboy attitude towards Ash, ne wanted Ash as the Bachchan Bahu because of her "traditional & quiet behavior" and b/c her being in to heir family raises their stock by million. It was a calculated business decision too on part of B Sr but they all were & are in love with Ash, esp the 2 men!!! 😉

I had only heard of problems in Shweta's marriage in the last year and because she's been seen in Mumbai so much. But I dismissed it as her just not being as busy anymore on the account of her kids being older and in boarding school, and she's rich and can afford to come and visit her parents as much as she wants blah blah blah. But when she was in Mumbai the last two holidays it seemed weird to me. Who spends two holidays in a row away from their husband of almost two decades?

I probably shouldn't question the elite life style too much 😆

They're all weird. That's all. 😆 😆 She visits her parents very often but I think the problems have intensified the past few years.
